RETURNS POLICY- Any unused Gouged or Gouged & Shaped cane that does not
meet your 100% satisfaction may be returned or exchanged. All
cane returned will be refunded less the actual shipping costs
on the invoice. Cane to be exchanged will be charged for re-shipping.
Any returned cane due to an error on our part will be refunded
or exchanged in full. We cannot exchange or refund any Tube cane.
CURRENCY&PAYMENT- Our online shop is priced in EUROS. We accept all major credit
cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship
SHIPPING- All purchases are subject to post and packaging, the cost of
which is displayed on our checkout page. On international orders,
the customer is responsible for any customs charges.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE- All Standard items should be ready for immediate delivery. To
be able to cater for as many customers as possible we have an
enormous selection, and as many items are made to order some small
delays are possible. Hard and Very hard cane often have longer
waiting periods as demand far exceeds supply. If your order is
urgent we will do our best to have it finished and shipped as
fast as possible. Any orders needing longer than a week before
shipping shall be notified.
Any items to be shipped outside of Europe should take approx.
5-7 working days. We have often encountered delays around Holiday
times. Orders to be shipped within Europe will require approx.
2-5 working days. Very urgent orders needing special shipping
courier etc. will be subject to exact costs incurred.
TAX CHARGES- All prices quoted are subject to [Germany] VAT of 16%.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY- All credit card numbers are sent to a secure server when your
order is placed. Only your order details and order number are
sent to us. They are not stored on any computer after they have
been processed. We do not process payments until goods are ready
to be despatched.
PRIVACY POLICY- We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect
information about you to enable us to process your order quickly
and efficiently. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you
have given your consent. The information we will collect about
you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address
and credit card details. We do not store your credit card information
after we have completed the purchase. We do not disclose buyers
information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping
site to keep track of the shopping cart once you have selected
an item. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
