You can place your order for cane using two methods :

• ONLINE : SEE BELOW
  Order cane through our secure server and choose to payonline, or order online selecting the 'Email order only' and then fax your payment details.
  
  
• FAX or POST our printable order form : Click Here

Select the instrument you require and add any cane you would like to purchase to your basket. You may view your basket or make changes to your order anytime by clicking on the 'View Basket' button on the left of the page.

Note: When you place an order online, all credit card numbers are sent to a secure server. Only your order details and order number are sent to us. They are not stored on any computer after they have been processed. We do not process payments until goods are ready to be despatched.

RETURNS POLICY
Any unused Gouged or Gouged & Shaped cane that does not meet your 100% satisfaction may be returned or exchanged. All cane returned will be refunded less the actual shipping costs on the invoice. Cane to be exchanged will be charged for re-shipping. Any returned cane due to an error on our part will be refunded or exchanged in full. We cannot exchange or refund any Tube cane.
